A yoga coaching session begins with a discussion to determine what you want to focus on during our time together (or what is presenting itself). Yoga, dream analysis, thought work and a variety of coaching tools may be used during a yoga coaching session. The emphasis is on connecting with your body. You do not need to have yoga knowledge and/or experience. I will guide you into poses and teach you anything you need to know. We will discuss any physical limitations you have before we begin, and your comfort is always a priority.

Session fees are billed at an hourly rate. Package rates are available.
