A hike/yoga coaching session begins with a discussion to determine what you want to focus on during our time together (or what is presenting itself). Our time is spent outdoors on a trail, or on a beach walk, based on your desired level of challenge. Hike coaching sessions that include yoga are “talk-based” coaching sessions that include yoga postures and/or breathwork, with the added element of being out in nature. We may stop at times for yoga postures, sitting, meditating or breathwork. Any variety of coaching tools may be used during a hike/yoga coaching session. We will discuss any physical limitations you have before we begin.
