A hike coaching session begins with a discussion to determine what you want to focus on during our time together (or what is presenting itself). Our time is spent outdoors on a trail, or on a beach walk, based on your desired level of challenge. Hike coaching sessions are more traditional “talk-based” coaching sessions with the added element of being out in nature. We may stop at times to sit, meditate, breathe mindfully or move our bodies in different ways (stretching, etc.) Any variety of coaching tools may be used during a hike coaching session. We will discuss any physical limitations you have before we begin.
